Anti-Money Laundering: beecasino maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Transactions suspected of facilitating money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities. beecasino reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal pending AML review without prior notice.

Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights or license to any intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, beecasino's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with this Agreement, the Platform, or any related services — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to beecasino in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
beecasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if beecasino has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
beecasino does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. beecasino shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or acts of third-party service providers.
Closure by Player: You may close your beecasino account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
Suspension or Closure by beecasino: beecasino may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to beecasino's internal complaints process. Players must submit complaints in writing to beecasino's support team. beecasino will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution. Players who have registered from jurisdictions outside the Philippines are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their location.
beecasino reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the beecasino website at the Terms & Conditions page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material, beecasino will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or through a Platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit an account closure request before the amended Terms take effect.
