beecasino ("beecasino", "we", "us", "our") is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through the beecasino online gaming platform accessible at beecasino.app and all associated interfaces (the "Platform").

• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and the prevention of prohibited conduct as defined in the Terms and Conditions, where beecasino's legitimate interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms;
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications, non-essential cookies, and any processing not covered by the above bases, where beecasino will obtain your explicit consent prior to commencing the relevant processing activity.

beecasino uses personal data for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing your beecasino player account, including identity and age verification;
• Processing deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other accepted Philippine payment methods, and processing approved withdrawals;
• Operating, delivering, and improving the games, betting services, bingo, and other content available on the Platform;
• Sending transactional notifications, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal processing updates, and account security alerts to your registered mobile number and email address;
• Providing customer support and resolving account disputes, game result queries, and payment issues;

• Complying with PAGCOR licence conditions, AMLA reporting obligations, NPC registration requirements, and any other applicable regulatory obligations;

beecasino does not sell your personal data. beecasino may disclose personal data to the following categories of third parties strictly as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Payment processors and e-wallet operators — GCash, Maya, InstaPay network participants, and other payment infrastructure providers, solely for transaction processing;
• Identity verification providers — accredited KYC and AML compliance service providers engaged to assist with identity document verification and sanctions screening;
• Game content providers — game studios and aggregator platforms (e.g., Jili Games, Pragmatic Play) receive session data necessary to deliver certified game outcomes and apply RTP calculations. These providers do not receive your full identity data;
• Regulatory authorities — PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government agencies as required by law or regulatory direction;
• Law enforcement — Philippine law enforcement authorities where disclosure is required by court order, lawful subpoena, or applicable law;

beecasino uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (local storage, session tokens) on the Platform for the following purposes:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Platform to function correctly — including session authentication, keeping you logged in across page loads, and maintaining your wallet balance display. These cannot be disabled without impairing Platform functionality;
• Performance and analytics cookies: Used to understand aggregate usage patterns on the Platform, identify pages that perform poorly, and measure the effectiveness of the Platform's structure. Data is aggregated and not used to identify individual players;
• Security cookies: Used by beecasino's fraud detection systems to establish a baseline of normal behaviour for your account and flag anomalies consistent with account compromise or automated abuse.

beecasino implements a layered set of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure:

• Transport security: All data transmitted between your device and the beecasino Platform is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher with 256-bit AES encryption;
• Credential storage: Account passwords are never stored in plaintext. beecasino uses industry-standard one-way cryptographic hashing with salting for all stored credentials;
• Access controls: Access to systems containing personal data is restricted to beecasino personnel and authorised contractors with a documented business need. All access is logged and subject to regular review;
• Infrastructure security: beecasino's Platform infrastructure is hosted in data centres with physical access controls, redundant systems, and continuous monitoring for intrusion and anomalous activity;
• Incident response: beecasino maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to your rights and freedoms, beecasino will notify affected players and the National Privacy Commission within the timeframes required by Republic Act No. 10173.

beecasino retains personal data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The following general retention schedule applies:

• Active accounts: Personal data is retained for the duration of your account's active status and for five (5) years following permanent account closure, unless a longer period is required by law;
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements and PAGCOR licence conditions;
• Identity verification documents: Retained for the period required by PAGCOR and applicable AML regulations, typically five (5) years from the date of the last transaction or account closure, whichever is later;
• Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication to support dispute resolution and service improvement;
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the period of consent and for three (3) years thereafter as evidence of consent status.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with beecasino's data lifecycle management procedures.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by beecasino:

To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to beecasino's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 14. beecasino will respond within the period required by Republic Act No. 10173 — typically 30 calendar days. Identity verification may be required before a request is processed.

The beecasino Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR for online casino gaming in the Philippines. beecasino does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

Age is verified during the registration process and may be re-verified at key account milestones. Where beecasino becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, the personal data deleted to the extent not required for regulatory record-keeping, and the applicable transaction history reported to PAGCOR as required by licence conditions.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your dependent has registered a beecasino account or provided personal data to beecasino without your knowledge, please contact beecasino's DPO immediately using the contact details in Section 14.

beecasino reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, technology, or beecasino's data practices. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or Platform notification prior to taking effect.

Where a change requires your consent, beecasino will request fresh consent before the new processing commences. Continued use of the Platform after publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised notice.

The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent version. Archived versions of this Policy are available upon request from the DPO.
